Dear Greatwood Gators Swim Team Supporter,

As the season approaches, we would greatly appreciate your sponsorship for the Greatwood Gators Swim Team. Thanks to your support and contributions, over 200 children will enjoy working hard to improve their swim skills and techniques while still having fun maintaining wonderful Gators traditions. As a team we are also extremely proud of the sense of community within the team and Greatwood.

Our Greatwood Gators summer swim team program helps to develop our kids for high school and college swim teams. For over 30 years, many Gators have achieved success in swimming and in character development for life.

The success of our team is due in large part to your generous support. Your financial contributions allowed the swim team board to provide:

• Scholarships toward college expenses for graduating senior swimmers
• The best possible coaching staff
• Lifeguards during home meets
• Weekly swimmer incentives
• Bottled water for our volunteers during swim meets
• Additional tents and equipment needed to keep children safe and comfortable throughout the meets
• And other numerous essentials for operating a successful team

Greatwood Swimming, Inc. (Greatwood Gators) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and your donation is tax-deductible. In addition, the Gators’ website at www.greatwoodgators.swimtopia.com is a constant source of information for our team and community. Approximately 200 families visit this site weekly to check for announcements and messages. As a team sponsor and loyal supporter, we encourage you to follow the team’s progress. You will be able to view photos, see meet results, as well as get updates and news. The website also includes a listing of all of our supporters with their contact information. This listing is free advertising for you as a Gators sponsor.  A company banner will hang at all swim meets and events for our Gold and Platinum Level sponsors. In addition, our Platinum Level sponsors will receive a banner ad on our website home page giving you front page advertising to our team and community.   Our Platinum Level sponsors will also receive naming rights to an area of sponsorship at home swim meets as free registration for one swimmer (Gator families only).
