As the 2026 swim season approaches, we would greatly appreciate your sponsorship of the Greatwood Gators Swim Team. Thanks to your support and contribution, over 200 children will enjoy working hard to improve their swim skills and techniques, while having fun and maintaining wonderful Gator traditions. As a team, we are extremely proud of the sense of community within the team and Greatwood.

Our Greatwood Gators summer swim team has been a successful program for over 33 years. Our goal is to encourage development both in and outside of the pool, with Gators experiencing growth in swimming abilities and character development for life.

The success of our team is due in large to your generous support. Your financial contributions allow the swim team board to provide:

• Scholarships for graduating high school swimmers
• The best possible coaching staff and water safety training for all coaching staff
• Weekly swimmer incentives and awards
• Additional tents and equipment needed to keep children safe and comfortable at meets.
• End of season banquet with awards
• Other numerous essentials for operating a successful team

Greatwood Swimming, Inc. (Greatwood Gators) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and your donation is tax-deductible.

The Gators’ website at https://greatwoodgators.swimtopia.com and the Greatwood Gator Swim Team Facebook page is a constant source of information for our team and community. Approximately 200 families visit these sites weekly for announcements and messages. As a team sponsor and loyal supporter, we encourage you to follow the team’s progress. You will be able to view photos, see meet results, and get updates and news. The website lists all our supporters with contact information. This listing is free advertising for you as a Gators sponsor.

We print approximately 250 team t-shirts each year. Silver and above sponsors will have their business name printed on the back, with Platinum and Elite levels also including their company logos. Gold and Platinum sponsors will have a personalized company banner hanging at all swim meets and events. In addition, Elite sponsors will receive naming rights to an area of the pool at home swim meets plus free registration for one swimmer ($150 value). • Provide or underwrite the cost of a “Lunch with the Coaches”- select swimmers of the week (approximately 20 people) have lunch with the coaches at the pool.(Silver or Gold level equivalent)
• Underwrite the cost of donuts for the team given the day after each meet (4 meets)- A social media picture advertising your business will be posted each week with swimmers and donuts. (Gold level equivalent)
• Underwrite the cost of prizes/snacks for our June service project (all proceeds benefit a local Fort Bend children organization) - (Bronze Level equivalent)
