In the last 15+ years, the Greatwood Gators have had a developmental coaching program in place that has allowed swimmers to serve their team as both volunteers and then paid coaches. The ultimate goal of the program is to promote our Head Coach from within the ranks of those loyal and service-minded swimmers.
