HOW DO I DECLARE FOR A MEET?

Here are the steps to take to declare meet attendance:

• Click this link Swim Meets - Greatwood Gators Swim Team
• Login to your account
• For every meet, including those that you will NOT be attending, click on “Meet Entry”
• A list of your swimmers will appear on a new screen
• Click on “Edit”
• For each swimmer, choose “Attending” or “Not Attending” from the picklist
• Click on “Save”
• Click on Return to Swim Meets to repeat the process for every meet.

Please take the time to declare your swimmer’s attendance for ALL upcoming meets.
